Does your Zebra printer have problems feeding labels? Do the labels not feed consistently?

Most Zebra printers are belt fed, with the exception of a couple of models that are gear driven.

Over time the belts will get a stretched spot in them or more commonly the teeth on the belt wear out.

A good way to check for this condition is to open the printhead and manually turn the platen roller. If the belt is good, you will the slight clicks as you turn the platen. If there is bad spot in the belt, you will feel a clunk when that spot on the belt gets to the belt pulley.
